Amiga (Various)
Loading File on Startup (Amiga)
1min
There are various ways to run files and executables at startup.
A good example is running anitclick to stop the floppy drive clicking when empty.
First you extract anticlick using lha x anticlick.lha and copy the extracted anticlick to C using copy anticlick c:anticlick or anywhere you like.

Now we need to run that file on startup. To do this go to your Workbench folder and show all, then browse to the S folder, and edit User-Startup file by double-clicking.

Then add the lines you want (that you would normally type into any shell command line). To run the anticlick we have in C do C:anticlick.

Restart and anticlick will run on boot.
