Creating Shortcut On Desktop (Amiga)

Sometimes when you have installed something like a WHDLoad game, you want shortcuts of those games in a different place than where they are installed, such as the workbench "desktop".

The equivalent of the Windows desktop in a sense, adding a "shortcut" to there can be done by dragging the icon you want, like the game launch icon, to the workbench.

Now select the icon, right click and select Tools > Leave Out.

This keeps the icon there during reboots.

Once done, you can right-click and select Tools > Put Away to move the icon file back to the installed location.
