VA4 VA5 LCD Interface (Game Gear)

The LCD interface for the VA4 and VA5 is quite different from the VA0/1/2. Instead of 4 bit color per channel it is 3 bits (so 9 bit color), and for SMS mode it is 2 bits (so 6 bit color!).
