Power Up Basics (Neo Geo MVS)

The Neo Geo MVS are all 5V power. Do not apply more than 5.2V as anything above has the potention to damage the system.

The expected power draw is around 1A on a working system.

The console should boot without a game to a checkerboard screen with a blue color around the edge (or red if its UniBIOS).
