PiStorm (Amiga 600)

2min

The Amiga 600 PiStorm bypasses the onboard 68k processor by sitting on top of it on a socket and allows you to run PiStorm on your Amiga.

Using a PiStorm600 and a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 or 3A+. Connect it in this orientation.

Now follow the guide in the Amiga section on this wiki for PiStorm Emu68 SD Card to prepare and format the SD card.

I personally recommend using Emu68Imager for a complete SD card setup without needing to follow all the below steps https://www.retrosix.wiki/pistorm-emu68-imager-amiga.īģŋ

This also pre-configures many things like the workbench, WiFi, internet, mounting the FAT32 drive of the Emu68 in Amiga and more.

After this, simply press fit the PiStorm over the 68k as shown (note I added an additional heat sink).

NOTE: There are two vias either side of the board where you can use the leg off an LED or resistor, or a piece of firm wire, to solder and anchor the PiStorm to the board so it doesn't pop off (it will if you don't).
