International Send-In Repair Service
If you are wanting to use our send-in repair service but are outside the UK, we finally have a solution for you.
Firstly, choose which console(s) and parts you want repairing. It is advised you send them all in at the same time to save on postage. Choose your consoles here.
Add them all to the basket and checkout. The only option you should have is DHL Temporary Import/Export.

This covers the postage fully (sending to us and having the item back) and no import or export taxes will be charged.
Once paid, package your console up, and include your order number and full details inside the parcel of the issues to fix.
Make sure to leave your phone number at checkout or in the parcel so we can contact you with any details and updates.
Weigh the box on scales and write down the weight in kilograms. Email contact@retrosix.co.uk or message retrosix-luke on Discord the weight of the parcel.
After this we will email you back a DHL label pre-paid. Simply stick the label on the parcel and take it to your local DHL drop off point or arrange DHL to collect from you.
Once we receive the parcel (should take no more than 5 days), your order will be put in the queue for repairs.
Typically our repair turn around is 2-4 weeks unless you selected Expedited Repair on the repair which is usually under 1 week.
If we have any issues, need more information or there are any additional works needing to be done we will call or email you to discuss.
There is no guarantee of a fix as some consoles simply cannot be fixed. But we will always offer you options for repairs/replacements or possibilities. On average we successfully repair over 90% of every console we receive.
Once the work is complete, your console will get a full quality control check by two people, video recording, and we will send you this video before posting the item back to confirm you are happy with the repair before posting it back.
Once posted back, you should receive the parcel within a week.
