GB Shell (Print Template)

to use our custom printing solutions and have your very own design uv printed onto a game boy original front shell, glass or both is simple download the gbo shell template from our public files https //drive google com/drive/folders/1oxo7dbp ucsxuufn1jjfjydtugaj6wzc?usp=sharing if you are doing a glass only order, download the glass template, if you are doing a shell only or shell and glass, download the front template using photoshop or gimp you can use our psd template attached here to drop your artwork into the folder shown freely move the art around and resize it, having it crop to the shell shape once you are happy with the layout, save the design and send the psd to us as part of your order do not edit other parts of the template, rename or delete layers or styles just place your shell artwork in the shell folder, and your glass design in the glass folder replacing the sample designs if you are not using photoshop and want to use another package, use our png file to position the artwork where you like, sending a screenshot of the artwork in position, as well as the original artwork file make sure to send the original artwork without the console outline over it, otherwise the lines would be printed too make sure resolution is good enough for printing if you would like the glass printing with a design, edit the image in the glass folder with any design you like (or have the main artwork overlap by placing the same image in the glass folder as well there is a mask for the standard screen size (original, and ips screens both have identical sizes) if you want smaller tft lens just make the screen layer the size and position you would like please specify if you are ordering custom glass design too how many colors can my design have? you can have as many colors in your design as you like our uv printer can print the whole range of colors what resolution does my artwork need to be? the larger the better if you provide low resolution artwork, the quality of the design will suffer so as high quality as possible artwork notes we will happily print any design you send to us, but please be responsible and make sure the artwork you send us you have the rights to use it we will not check the rights of images or art and presume if you send it to us, you have checked you are allowed to use it
