Can I track my order?

If you paid for UK Royal Mail Signed For, or International Royal Mail Tracked, or DHL, you can track your order. 

DHL will email you the tracking information.

For Royal Mail, open a ticket on here, or email [email protected] with your order number and name and ask for the tracking. We are working with Royal Mail to automate the tracking numbers into digital format so you can automatically get them emailed. Until then if you want the Royal Mail tracking number please email us.
