Boot Up Behaviour (Sega Mega-Tech Arcade)

Applying 5V to the 5V rail should get the Mega Tech booting up.

Power draw should be around 1.8 to 2A.

The top monitor (CN9) should output the top menu screen and show any games that are connected. If no games are connected it should still show an empty list with hyphens.

The bottom right should flash between INSERT COIN and PUSH SELECT OR ENTER BUTTON.
